How much data should someone expect running both applications on a single rig expect to use each month of their internet service? I wonder as I have noticed a good jump in data recently and have been cutting back on a lot of areas that I normally took for granted. I was just curious what kind of data the admins could confirm their apps "should" be using in this way. I am also only talking about a single client on a single host.

\r\n\r\nOne WU from server is about 50 bytes.\r\nOne result depends on apps and series:\r\n- monkeys_v1 - L6 is 90-100 KB, L7 is 100-110KB, L8 is 120-140KB\r\n- monkeys_v2 - between 30 bytes to 100 bytes\r\n\r\nFor monkeys_v1 i am going to start series :\r\n- L9 with 150-170KB per result\r\n- L10 with 180-200KB per result

Small update:
monkeys v1 and v3:
- L13 - 126-130KB
- L12 - 118-123KB
- L11 - 115-118KB
- L10 - 112-115KB
- L9 - 108-112KB
- L8 - 105-108KB
- L7 - 97-105KB

Monkeys v2 and v4:
- 22-24 bytes - if no hits
- 22-24bytes + 50bytes (every hits) = 77-74bytes with one hits

ps.: in next week I will be try to turn on GZIP for monkeys v1 and v3 and this is decrease result file from example 130KB (for L13) to 43KB <- But I have to change analyser/validator to work with gzip results

For v2 and v4 it has no sense because 24bytes after gzip gives 95 bytes

Will the usage of gzip put additional load on the system?

definitly NO.
Output file has maximum 200KB (v1 and v3) at this moment. Compress it take about 0,2s on my very old laptop with 1core system with turion 64bits.

Thanks for your help on this as it will help those of us with data usage limits to be able to contribute more.
